Join the Winter Workout Flurry for some fun and exercise! For three Saturdays in a row at 10 a.m. we will host three different workouts:
The dates are January 23, 30, and February 6. Sign up as an individual for $15 or as a team for $30! Teams consist of four spots and can include either family or friends, your choice! Participants who come to all three workouts have the chance to win prizes!
Register by January 22 below. First 20 registrants get a drawstring bag or t-shirt!
